Our school has been innovative in taking on student teachers in a Learnership Programme. UNISA, the National Council of Educators and the European Community support this programme. This Learnership programme has become a key factor in maintaining our schools drive for quality.

All students are required to be registered with UNISA to study towards a Bachelor Degree in Education and to be in possession of a SACE number.

Norkem Park Primary School has a vacancy for the following SGB position:

Learnership Student: Intersen Phase

Requirements of Post:

  • Studying towards a B Ed Intersen qualification (2nd year preferably), at an accredited institution.
  • A high level of organisational and administrative skills.
  • Computer literate with whiteboard experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience with Google Classroom would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in English.
  • SACE registered.
  • Police Clearance.
    All Norkem Park Primary staff are expected to play a full role in the life of the school.
